Android 14 Beta 1.1 Gets a Major Bug-Fixing Update by Google

- Google launches Android 14 Beta 1.1 to fix bugs
- Fixes fingerprint unlock E-Sim recognition, status bar display, gallery app crashing, and SmartLock issues.
- Available for Pixel 6, 6a, 7, and 7 Pro users, and Pixel 5 users can enroll in the beta program.
It’s been only a week or so since Google dropped Android 14 beta 1. The Beta version not only brought new features but also brought a whole lot of bugs too. In order to tackle this issue Google launched Android 14 Beta 1.1.

Android 14 Beta 1.1 is a special beta update by Google to fix the glitches and bugs. The next major beta update the Android 14 Beta 2 would be in about a month. which is pretty far away. So Google unveiled a small update to fix some of the issues.
The bugs and Glitches that were fixed in these beta are,
- Fingerprint unlock is not being used or prevented by something.
- E-Sim card not being recognized.
- The status bar does not display mobile network
- Gallery app crashing when setting up a wallpaper
- SmartLock not working as intended.
